These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ascent to Prosperity, a brand of RJ Patterson Group (“Ascent to Prosperity,” “A2P,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the website located at ascent2prosperity.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or who are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Educational Disclaimer
We offer books and related materials, including A2P: The Field Guide, that focus on financial wellness and personal fulfillment. All content and products are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your purchase or use of our products. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on our materials. We make no guarantee of any particular financial outcome or result.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities, refuse, correct, cancel, or reject any order at any time — including after an order has been submitted — in cases such as suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, payment problems, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
4. Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors. Applicable California and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order where required by law, and shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Online payments are processed securely through WooCommerce, our e-commerce platform, using Authorize.Net as our payment gateway. We accept the major credit and debit cards supported by Authorize.Net. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order — including applicable taxes and shipping — to that payment method. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. Your card details are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with Authorize.Net’s PCI-DSS compliant systems; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship physical products within the United States. We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly after payment is received and, where required by law, within 30 days unless a different time is stated at checkout. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed off.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we understand that circumstances can arise from time to time that may warrant a refund. Refund requests are reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please review our full Return Policy page for details on how to submit a request. 7. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its contents — including text, books and written materials, graphics, logos, images, and the “Ascent to Prosperity” and “A2P” names and marks — are owned by or licensed to RJ Patterson Group and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly required by applicable law, the Site and all products and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ Patterson Group, Ascent to Prosperity, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your purchase or use of any product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable California or federal law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RJ Patterson Group, Ascent to Prosperity, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.
